Pawz The Calming Pup™ is the perfect companion for children to practise mindfulness, regulate their breathing, and drift off to sleep with a gentle night light. Designed to guide children through calming exercises, this interactive pup makes learning mindfulness accessible and engaging.

Children can start with a simple squeeze of Pawz’s paw, which activates light-up prompts that guide them through three specific breathing exercises. Each exercise is colour-coded to make following along even easier:

• Square Breath (Green): Encourages slow, rhythmic breathing to bring calm and focus.
• 4x4 Breath (Blue): Provides a visual prompt for the 4x4 breathing pattern.
• Laddered Breath (Yellow): Encourages gradual breathing, allowing kids to focus on their breath.

As Pawz lights up, children inhale; as the light dims, they exhale. This helps them stay in sync with the breathing exercise, providing a soothing, visually guided method to regulate emotions and find calm.

Adults should manage charging according to the supplied instructions. Keep the charging cable away from children during rest and sleep and do not cover the light with bedding. Breathing activities should feel comfortable; stop if they cause discomfort.
