UK schools, academies, nurseries, local authorities, NHS organisations and registered charities may apply to order using an official purchase order. Credit is subject to verification and approval.
What credit terms do you offer?
Approved organisations receive 30-day payment terms from the invoice date. Payment details and the due date are shown on the invoice.
Can you provide a quotation or pro forma invoice?
Yes. We can prepare a quotation for approval or a pro forma invoice for payment before dispatch. Include product codes, quantities, billing details and the delivery address when contacting us.
How do I place a purchase order online?
Add the required products to your basket, enter the correct organisation, billing and delivery details, and include your purchase order number in the basket notes. Use the Quick Order page if you already have a list of product codes.
What information must appear on the PO?
Please include the organisation’s legal name, invoice and delivery addresses, a named contact, product details and quantities, the authorised PO number and any delivery requirements. Missing information can delay approval.
When will the order be delivered?
In-stock items follow the delivery service selected at checkout. Specialist furniture, bulky equipment and supplier-direct products can have longer lead times; these are shown on product pages or confirmed by our team.
Can different departments or sites order from you?
Yes. Make sure each order contains the correct delivery site, invoicing details, contact name and purchase order reference so it can be matched and processed accurately.
What if our organisation is not approved for credit?
We can usually provide a pro forma invoice. Once cleared payment is received, the order can proceed in line with product availability and the stated lead time.
