What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Educational institutions and registered charities may apply for a 30-day credit account, subject to approval, by providing a valid purchase order.

What is your return policy?

Consumers are entitled to a 14-day return period starting from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Business (B2B) customers are governed by standard contractual terms, which may differ from consumer rights.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You may be able to make quick changes on the order confirmation screen immediately after placing your order. However, once your order has been processed and passed to our warehouse, it can no longer be edited.

What if my order says delivered, but I don't have it?

If your order is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, don’t worry—start by checking the tracking details and delivery image for clues. It’s also worth asking anyone at your address or nearby neighbours in case they’ve taken it in for you.

You can also use the Evri tracking link to speak to their live chat team for help tracking it down.

I'm missing an item from my order.

We’re sorry to hear an item is missing from your order. Please first check inside your package for any notes, as this may indicate the item has been refunded. If so, the refund will be processed automatically within 7–10 working days.

If no note is included, please report the issue via our Help Centre.

I am a parent or family member. Can I order?

Yes. In addition to schools and charities, we supply sensory and educational products to parents and families across the UK, with hundreds of thousands of customers served since 2010.

Do you accept School and charity orders?

Yes, we’re happy to work with schools and charities. You can apply for a 30-day credit account using a valid purchase order (subject to approval).

The quickest way to order is online—simply select the purchase order option at checkout and enter your PO number.

How do I return an item from the UK

Returns should be requested using our Returns Portal.

Can I exchange an item?

We're sorry! We don't offer exchanges, but you can return your item to us and reorder the item you want.

How long do I have to return an item?

We really hope you’re loving your items, but in case you’re not, no worries!  You’ve got a whole 14 days from the day you receive it to send it back. After that, no returns, sorry! 🕒
Our 14-day home approval service is for consumers.
B2B Customers are subject to agreed terms and conditions.

Just a quick heads-up, though: there are a few things we can’t refund, like custom-made items and sensory chews.

Can I return multiple orders at the same time?

If you need to return two separate orders, then you would need two separate return labels.

An item I've ordered is faulty, what can I do?

Sorry to hear there’s an issue with your item—we’re here to help.

So if your item is damaged or faulty, then just let us know.

Please reach out within 48 hours via our returns portal and include your order number, name, item code, and a brief description of the issue.

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or exchange, and provide a freepost label where applicable.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently ship internationally. Our products are available for delivery only within the United Kingdom.

Express Tracked Delivery

£5.99 • 1–3 working days

A faster, fully tracked service. Order before 2pm (working days) for same-day dispatch. Weekend orders ship the next working day.

How can I track my order?

Orders fulfilled by our warehouse include tracking details upon dispatch.
Bulky Items shipped directly from supply partners may not include tracking information.

I'm missing an item from my delivery

Oh no, we're really sorry to hear there's missing items in your delivery. 😔 We'll get this sorted ASAP!

Just let us know within 48 hours through our contact us page. Make sure to have your order number and the name and number of the missing items handy. We'll take care of it right away!

What if I'm not home when I'm expecting my delivery?

Not to worry if you're not home when your delivery's on its way! 😊 You'll get an email and a text message beforehand to keep you in the loop. The courier will give it not just one, but two tries to deliver.

But hey, if you're not around, you can easily rearrange the delivery, have it left in a safe spot, or with a friendly neighbour. Whatever suits your fancy!

Can I amend my delivery address?

We can't change the delivery address once an order has been shipped. However, you might be able to redirect your parcel directly with the courier using the tracking number they sent you.
